Pricing-

Prices are in UK Pound Sterling.

Prices in other currencies are approximate, and the actual price paid may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank/card provider charges.

Order Cancellation-

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. Please email to confirm cancellation

Stargateoneuk.co.uk is a PayPal verified Business. You can choose to pay using PayPal or by Credit Card at the time of checkout on-line.

Delivery-

UK Mainland Orders will be posted out by Interlink Express. Other UK destinations and International Orders by Royal Mail International Signed For Service.

Our products are 100% Authentic Pleaser and New Rock items and are shipped direct from their factory. This enables us to carry all sizes and styles of their products . Delivery can take 7-14 days, (sometimes longer) we will email you to confirm either dispatch or a due in date for your order.

Availability-

If an item is "In Stock", please be aware that this may be either in stock at our warehouse, or at our supplier. Delivery times may therefore vary dependant on it's exact status. If your order is urgent, please include this information with your order, so we can offer a better service.

Some items may need to be specially ordered, amd may take 7-28 day to arrive in. We will contact you if this is the case.

Returns and Exchanges-

If you wish to Exchange your item we offer a Full Exchange Policy, however you will be liable for the postage costs to send back to us. Once received we will exchange your item at no further cost (UK mainland only).

If you are returning for a Refund, once received back, you will receive a full refund of the original cost of the order excluding shipping costs. Again, you will be liable for the couriers costs to send back to us.

Please return back within 7days of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from stargateoneuk.co.uk

No returns or exchanges will be excepted if viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging. Please do not write on the box or use tape to seal

Damaged Items-

In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Limitations of Liability-

We will make every endeavour to deliver your order promptly, however we reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel your order for any reasonable cause.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
